RETURNS POLICY


• Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not normally accept returns of our products. We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea packed in vacuum-sealed packs to ensure the aroma, freshness and flavour of the tea is retained for your enjoyment.


• However, if there is a mistake form our end, we accept returns and refund under the following circumstances:


  • If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us via email within 48 hours of the delivery date and attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate and arrange for the product to be returned. Refund subject to approval upon receiving at our end. Returns must be unused and returned along with the original packaging.
  • If you are delivered a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date via email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and your money refunded or product replaced subject to approval upon receiving at our end.

• No Returns or Exchanges will be applicable for Custom Orders. No Exchanges will be applicable on sale/discount items.


• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us.


• If You checked out as a guest, please email us with all your purchase details at care@tisow.in

REFUNDS


All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share necessary proofs. Please feel free to reach out to us at care@tisow.in Our Customer Service team will notify you via email once the refund request has been approved.


  • If your refund has been approved, it shall be processed within 7 business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us
  • All refunds will be processed via NEFT/RTGS
  • Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately items on sale/discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • TISOW is not liable to process any refund if the request is initiated after 48 hours of delivery or if you fail to produce necessary proofs
